This challenging, faster-paced program, based on the International Competition Forms, is designed for young people to improve concentration and fitness, and is complementary to other sporting activities.
Tai Chi integrates the mind and body to achieve harmony of the inner and outer self. This will improve concentration and co-ordination.
Dr Lam has worked closely with young people and Tai Chi experts to create this challenging set based on the Combined 42 Forms, one of the best set of Tai Chi Forms ever created as it contains all the essential principles of the four major Tai Chi styles. The 15 Forms Tai Chi for Young People is a complete set of exercises for health and martial arts, it can also be used as a helpful first step towards learning the Combined 42 Forms.
