Toronto Public Talk

Assistive smartphone-based tools like Access Now, wayfinding devices, and inclusive design principles can help communities create places that are more welcoming, supportive, and easy to navigate for everyone. In the next Sidewalk Toronto public talk, a fantastic group of activists and innovators will speak to the ways they are challenging cities to incorporate inclusive design — and ensure accessibility for all.

Adolescent Health: Think Act Grow 2018 Playbook

Youth with disabilities are more likely than their peers to have their needs go unmet. However, they thrive with access to healthcare services and support from their communities. The 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵: 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸, 𝗔𝗰𝘁, 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄® (TAG) Playbook provides research- and practice-based action steps aimed at improving the health of young people with disabilities and all of America’s adolescents.
