The River Performing & Visual Arts Center is a barrier-free, affordable, non-profit, arts enrichment program for children of all abilities, ages 2-19, and involves those with disabilities, chronic illness, siblings and community friends. The River was created to meet the artistic needs of children of all abilities who do not have an accessible or affordable place to participate in integrated, quality, extra-curricular theatre and visual arts enrichment classes.
