Notes

Camp Harmon is a residential, co-educational camp for children and adults with disabilities. The camp is owned by Easter Seals Central California and has been in continuous operation since 1964. Located in Santa Cruz County, three miles from the town of Boulder Creek, Camp Harmon is situated in the midst of the beautiful redwood forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The camp's buildings were constructed to provide accessibility for those with disabilities. Smooth pathways, ramps, and other facilities encourage self-help and independence. Campers are housed in heated cabins with 1/2 baths and use modern central bathrooms.

The camper-to-counselor ratio is 2:1, typically with six campers and three staff assigned to a cabin. The Camp is accredited by the American Camping Association and offers a full camp program. Facilities including a lodge and dining hall, 14 winterized cabins, an arts and crafts center, an infirmary, accessible pool, archery, athletic field, hiking trails, golf putting green, and an animal farm. Under the guidance of trained staff, each camper may choose from a wide variety of activities designed with the individual in mind.
