About | Hi I’m Dani. I enjoy being out in nature particularly Nature Preserves and Botanical Gardens so, I get out to walk & take photos when possible. Indoors I like to craft, cook as much as possible & listen to audio books, music or podcasts. I look forward to gardening or at least introducing houseplants to my environment/routine. When I have guests or family visiting I like to entertain with food & games :) A goal for me here is to learn ways to be more active & adjust my lifestyle. Before being diagnosed with MS I volunteered & I’d love to get back out into spaces where I can be of service to others. I look forward to engaging on this platform, I’m not sure what to expect so this should be fun🥳 |

Welcome to NCPAD's 14-Week Program to a Healthier You!
What is the program?
- Description: A free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program
- Target Audience: People with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions and physical disabilities
- Goal: To help you get moving and making healthy nutrition choices
- Duration: 14 weeks
How does it work?
- You register for the program and tell us a little about yourself.
- We take the information you gave us and, to the best of our abilities, provide you with personalized resources and exercises that meet your individual needs over the course of 14 weeks.
- Because there is new material each week that builds on the previous weeks, the program works best if you visit at least once a week.
