About HI My name is Aby and suffer with RR MS for about 10 years now. I have not lost my faith in Jesus. It actually got stronger.I have 2 beutiful girls who keep me going everyday. I haven been married for about 22 years and still going strong. My husband keeps remingding me that were growing older together through all obsticles of MS and life. I'm also a Latina so I enjoy listening to Latin music. We also enjoy listening to contemporary Christian music and Gospel. I love coffe; everyday my husband makes it for me. One of my favorite Bible verses is Phillipians 4:13 NIV: I can do all Things through Christ who gives me strenght and 2 Corinthians 12:9-11. I look forward to staring this 14 week excerse program for better mobility. I Know I will encountcer someone who is going through the same thing as me were not alone.

Welcome to NCPAD's 14-Week Program to a Healthier You!

What is the program?

  • Description: A free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program
  • Target Audience: People with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions and physical disabilities
  • Goal: To help you get moving and making healthy nutrition choices
  • Duration: 14 weeks

How does it work?

  • You register for the program and tell us a little about yourself.
  • We take the information you gave us and, to the best of our abilities, provide you with personalized resources and exercises that meet your individual needs over the course of 14 weeks.
  • Because there is new material each week that builds on the previous weeks, the program works best if you visit at least once a week.
