About Hi my name is Jared I'm from Greeley, CO I'm 30 years old mareeied and got a 10 years old boy, six years ago I had a spinal cord injury at c5/c6 and it been hard raising a boy not being able to do all the father son activities as able bodied dads like sports, fishing, camping, from this program I hopefully meet individuals in Similar situations and maybe be able to communicate with and talk about each other's lifestyles maybe help each other out and make friends . But mainly from this program I hope to get out of it was someone to help me keep me motivated daily to exercise to get back in shape and live life in a healthy lifestyle to become more independent and feel better and live better

Welcome to NCPAD's 14-Week Program to a Healthier You!

What is the program?

  • Description: A free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program
  • Target Audience: People with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions and physical disabilities
  • Goal: To help you get moving and making healthy nutrition choices
  • Duration: 14 weeks

How does it work?

  • You register for the program and tell us a little about yourself.
  • We take the information you gave us and, to the best of our abilities, provide you with personalized resources and exercises that meet your individual needs over the course of 14 weeks.
  • Because there is new material each week that builds on the previous weeks, the program works best if you visit at least once a week.
