Walk for You

This month's Every Body Walk! Collaborative theme is Walk for You with lead partner National Physical Activity Society. The holiday season can lead to busy schedules, but we want to remind people to take time to walk, be physically active and stay healthy. Be sure to keep your eyes open for posted content with the hashtag #walkforyou.

Walking is a chance to reconnect with yourself – to meditate, think, or enjoy as you’d like. As the holidays kick off, take time to walk. Find ways to incorporate walking and an active lifestyle into your daily life.
