Research ReviewEffects of Sports Climbing on Muscle Performance and Balance for Patients with Multiple Sclerosis

Resistance and endurance training provide many benefits to individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS) in terms of improving several aspects of daily living. However, adherence to these traditional exercise forms is poor. As such, this study was done to determine the potential benefits sports climbing might have as an alternative form of exercise therapy to benefit the daily lives of individuals with MS.
