By Carleton Rivers, MS, RD, LD

Craving desserts? Try these ideas below:

  • One cup of berries with sugar-free whipped cream
  • Chocolate-Peanut Whip: Using a spatula, blend together 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter, and 1 packet sweetener. Whip 2 tablespoons of heavy cream into soft peaks and gently fold into the peanut butter mix. (Recipe from The New Atkins for a New You)
  • Raspberry Mousse: Follow the recipe on the package of raspberry sugar-free gelatin and let it partially set/firm in the fridge. Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream. Gently blend into the gelatin. Return to the fridge until set. Makes four servings. (Recipe from The New Atkins for a New You)

Craving bread? Try these ideas below:

  • Low-carb tortillas
  • Low-carb pita bread
  • Thin bagels

Craving junk food? Try these ideas below:
