Angela Karr

Where many find limitation, Angela Karr finds potential.

Karr, a congenital adaptive athlete, is a tried and true CrossFit veteran of five long years. She began and continues her CrossFit career at Practice CrossFit, is as loud as a fog horn and never afraid to show her emotions. She feeds off being underestimated because she loves proving the opposite, that she belongs. That one hand or not, she'll never stop.

For two years running, Karr, a mother of six, has competed at The Working Wounded Games at CrossFit Rubicon. She uses right-hand prosthetics when the workout calls for it. She helped to engineer the prosthetics specific to her CrossFit needs for pull-ups, snatches and cleans.  Movements we all struggle with at one time or another, that she refuses to let pass her by.
