Make Breakfast!


On Thanksgiving Day, you might find that there are already too many cooks in the kitchen. If this is the case, surprise everyone with a yummy breakfast that will get their day started on the right foot. Try out this parfait recipe!

Yogurt and Fruit Parfait
Makes four servings

Ingredients:
2 cups of low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup of berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries…)
1 banana, sliced
1 cup low-fat granola

Instructions:

  1. Spoon half a cup of yogurt into each parfait or tall glass.
  2. Top yogurt with a quarter cup berries and a quarter cup of the sliced banana.
  3. Finish the parfait off with a quarter cup granola.
  4. Enjoy!
