Yogurt and Fruit Parfait
Makes four servings
Ingredients:
2 cups of low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup of berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries…)
1 banana, sliced
1 cup low-fat granola
Instructions:
- Spoon half a cup of yogurt into each parfait or tall glass.
- Top yogurt with a quarter cup berries and a quarter cup of the sliced banana.
- Finish the parfait off with a quarter cup granola.
- Enjoy!
