Acting as Movement Therapy provides a workout for all aspects of a person.  Because of its holistic approach, Acting as Movement Therapy is inclusive and accessible for anyone willing to try it.  Not coincidentally, it is also a lot of fun.  The ultimate goal of Acting as Movement Therapy is a more vibrant and increased quality of life.
