2. Avoid Making a Meal Out of Holiday Treats


You may feel as if you have no control when it comes to holiday buffets so here are some ways to avoid scarfing down everything in  sight when attending a holiday party. Be sure to eat something prior to attending a party to help control your hunger. Consume fruits and vegetables which contain fiber and may help stave off hunger pangs. A salad topped with fresh fruit, veggies, walnuts, low-fat cheese, and oil-based dressing is a great option to help fill you up but not fill you out.
