Notes

Camp Kyle fosters friendships among young people with diabetes, their siblings, and friends through a safe, fun, active program while enabling them to learn about and face the common challenges of diabetes. Camp Kyle is a four week day camp sponsored by the Diabetes Association Inc. for children with diabetes and their siblings and friends. the Fall River Rod and Gun Club situated on Watuppa Pond in Westport, Massachusetts provides the ideal environment for camp--plenty of wooded trails for hiking, playing fields for sports and games, and, of course, a pond for swimming.

Camp Kyle's ideal enrollment of sixty campers per week and a staff-to-camper ratio of one-to-three ensure a quality camp program in which campers received plenty of attention, supervision and a variety of camp experiences. Camp Kyle is accredited by the American Camping Association.
