• The SOMC Life Center is a medical fitness facility that offers health and wellness programs, physical and occupational therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, and aquatic programming. There are 3 facilities with over 5,000 members and the most recent state of the art exercise equipment.

  Facilities include the following: adaptive strength and cardiovascular equipment (Nu-Step, arm ergometer, recumbent bike, recumbent stepper, and free weights); swimming pools; hydrotherapy pools; basketball; volleyball; massage therapy; nutrition counseling; group fitness classes; personal training; fitness evaluations; a nursery; and yoga.
