Partnership to Improve Community Health (PICH) will fund and support a new 3 year, $50 million/year initiative to improve health and reduce the burden of chronic diseases through evidence- and practice-based strategies to create or strengthen healthy environments that make it easier for people to make healthy choices and take charge of their health.
