  • Place the half of the band across (left to right) on the seat of an arm-free chair. Adjust the length of the band so that there is enough slack on the side of the arm you are working.
  • Sit on the band. Make sure that the band crosses diagonally across your back.
  • Wrap the band around your hand with elbow bent, and palm facing downward.
  • Straighten elbow.
  • Hold.
  • Return to start position and perform desired number of repetitions.
