Maple-Mustard Glazed Baked Ham
Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients
•    8 pound fully cooked ham
•    8 whole garlic cloves
•    1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup
•    3 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
1.    Heat oven to 325 F. With a sharp knife, lightly cut the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, and insert garlic cloves.  Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
2.    In a small bowl mix syrup and mustard until blended.  Brush mixture over ham.
3.    Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, until a meat thermometer registers 140°F.  Baste ham with glaze occasionally during baking time.
