About My name is Mark and I love being outdoors. I enjoy fishing, and I want to get back into golfing (now that I found out abhoildre nout Madison Golf Courses ADA equipment they have). I love doing things with my wife, and children (Bingo, gardening, cookouts, etc). I have cerebal spinal ataxia (SCA), as my cerebellum was damaged due to environmental exposure; furthermore, my balance has resulted in man y falls. Both my ACL and MCL ligaments have completely torn in both knees, along with menicus tears, and surgery on my right knee. 2 weeks of OT & PT therapy are to finalize on6-22-2017 at the UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. I have regained my ability to walk, along with learned many exercises. want to continue this path, and health into my future. I love building model rockets, and caring for my pets (cat, hamster, fish). Fall is my favorite time of the year, and ZI enjoy being outdoors, I do not hunt, but I enjoy being outside. My gal is to be able to ride a bike, and go on the trails again. I live in Marshall, WI. I am married, and my wife still has her home in Sun Prairie, WI. We plan to combine homes soon, or maybe build new, and sell our homes.

Welcome to NCPAD's 14-Week Program to a Healthier You!

What is the program?

  • Description: A free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program
  • Target Audience: People with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions and physical disabilities
  • Goal: To help you get moving and making healthy nutrition choices
  • Duration: 14 weeks

How does it work?

  • You register for the program and tell us a little about yourself.
  • We take the information you gave us and, to the best of our abilities, provide you with personalized resources and exercises that meet your individual needs over the course of 14 weeks.
  • Because there is new material each week that builds on the previous weeks, the program works best if you visit at least once a week.
