About | Hello! My name is Lou Ann and I want to lose weight and get healthy. I acquired a C-7 Spinal Cord Injury 40 years ago. While I was in college getting my bachelor degree and in grad school, I exercised quite regularly. After meeting my husband, I was not cooking for just myself. I cooked for him and his kids when they visited. I began to really cook the way I learned which was a lot of comfort foods that are high in carbs and fat. A few years ago my husband and I both lost some weight but a lot of it came back. We have to lose through exercise and eating healthy.i need information about good nutrition and exercise that works for me and my schedule so I can lose weight and get healthier. Plus I hope to help my husband along the way losing weight |
