About | My name is Ruth and right now I'm not physically active accept from day to day head of house hold chore & having to look after my 1 year old. I like being outside as well as inside. I have MS & I'm currently experiencing problems with my gate, fatigue, balance, and weakness in my legs. I realize I really need to take responsibility of my health & well being by eating more healthier & exercising to help me improve my way of living. I'm looking for a program that will help me in these area while being mindful of my condition & help meet my needs. I have been a person who likes to keep to myself & doesn't interact with many people so I hope this will help me with that in some type of way. |

Welcome to NCPAD's 14-Week Program to a Healthier You!
What is the program?
- Description: A free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program
- Target Audience: People with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions and physical disabilities
- Goal: To help you get moving and making healthy nutrition choices
- Duration: 14 weeks
How does it work?
- You register for the program and tell us a little about yourself.
- We take the information you gave us and, to the best of our abilities, provide you with personalized resources and exercises that meet your individual needs over the course of 14 weeks.
- Because there is new material each week that builds on the previous weeks, the program works best if you visit at least once a week.
