Getting Ready

the words "back to school" over crayons

You probably don’t want to hear it, but it’s almost that time of year. Time to head back to school! Are you ready? Sometimes going back to school can be a little tougher than it seems, especially if you’ve been spending all those extra hours on the couch watching television or playing video games. To be prepared when that first day of school rolls around, think of it like a sport. All athletes have to train for their sport; you can train to get back in shape before you go to school. Most serious athletes train multiple times a day before their season begins so they can make sure they are in the best possible shape when game day comes. They also watch what they eat to make sure their diet is going to help them get faster and stronger.

If you want to be ready when the first day of school comes, join TEAM AWESOME. Follow these steps to train like a pro.
