The Importance of Breakfast and Lunch

How do you feel when you eat breakfast before school compared to when you skip breakfast? Is this the same feeling when you skip lunch? If you’re like me, without a proper breakfast or lunch you find it hard to concentrate and to stay awake during class. There is an easy solution to this problem. It involves eating and a bit of preparation. I have created five quick and easy breakfast and lunch ideas that can set you up for a great first week of school.
